Common materials:

1. Galvanized steel SECC

The base material of SECC is general cold-rolled steel coil, which becomes electrogalvanizing product after degreasing, pickling, electroplating and various post-treatment processes in continuous electrogalvanizing production line. SECC not only has the mechanical properties of general cold-rolled steel sheet and similar machinability, but also has superior corrosion resistance and decorative appearance. It has great competitiveness and substitution in the market of electronic products, home appliances and furniture. For example, SECC is commonly used in computer cases.

2. Ordinary cold rolled plate SPCC

SPCC refers to the continuous rolling of steel ingot by cold rolling machine into steel sheet or sheet of required thickness. SPCC surface does not have any protection, exposed to the air is very easy to be oxidized, especially in a humid environment, the oxidation speed is accelerated, there is dark red rust, the surface should be painted, electroplated or other protection when in use.

Hot dip galvanized steel SGCC

Hot-dip galvanized steel coil refers to the semi-finished product after hot pickling or cold rolling, after cleaning, annealing, immersed in a melting zinc tank at a temperature of about 460°C, and the steel sheet is plated with zinc layer, and then by tempering and leveling and chemical treatment. SGCC material is harder than SECC material, poor ductility (avoid deep drawing design), thicker zinc layer, poor weldability.

4. Stainless steel SUS304

One of the most widely used stainless steel, because containing Ni (nickel) than containing Cr (chromium) steel richer corrosion resistance, heat resistance, with very good mechanical properties, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, no elasticity.

5. Stainless Steel SUS301

The content of Cr (chromium) is lower than SUS304, and the corrosion resistance is poor, but after cold processing, it can obtain good tension and hardness in stamping processing, and the elasticity is good, which is mostly used for shrapnel springs and EMI prevention.
